These superworms, scientifically known as Zophobas morio, offer an abundance of nutritional content for reptiles and other insect-eating pets. Not only are they considered excellent sources of protein, with – protein content of 22.9%, but they also provide just the right amount of fat (7.1%) and fiber (2.8%) to keep your reptile’s energy levels up and enable healthy digestion. They are also incredibly rich in calcium (275mg) and phosphorus (2510mg), making them – smart choice for animals that need higher levels of bone-building minerals in their diets.

Superworms are ideal for turtles, lizards, chameleons, and many other species of reptiles. They can be offered live or dried, making them easy to store and feed on a regular basis.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Details

All live animals from Reptile Encounter will be shipped overnight to your door via FedEx. Most bugs will have to ship overnight however Dubia Roaches can be shipped 2-day air if they are the only bugs in the box to save on shipping.

We only ship on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's. Your animals and bugs will only be in transit overnight however what day you place your order will determine when they arrive. (We will ship for Saturday delivery when requested and temperatures warrant).

All orders placed will ship in the order they were received. Every Monday we will let all customers know what day they will receive their orders.

***All other items non-live items will ship also on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays. We unfortunately to keep our prices as low as possible cannot compete with the shipping times of the other big sites, but we will strive to beat their prices and customer service.
